These terms govern membership of Rajasthan Foundation Bangalore Chapter, applied for through this website. By applying you accept them.

Who we are

Rajasthan Foundation Bangalore Chapter, registered under The Karnataka Societies Registration Act, 1960, Registration No. DRB3/SOR/200/2026-2027. A chapter of Rajasthan Foundation, Government of Rajasthan.

Applying

• You must verify your mobile number, complete identity verification, and complete Form 'A', the Foundation's statutory membership form.
• The information you give must be true and complete. Membership may be refused or cancelled if it is not.
• Payment does not make you a member. Membership begins only when the Foundation approves your application and issues a membership number.

Fees

• Application fee ₹100 — one time, payable by every applicant, non-refundable.
• Ordinary membership ₹1,100 per year.
• Life membership ₹21,000, payable once, with no further membership fee.
• Youth membership is free of membership fee for applicants below the age limit set by the chapter, determined by your age as on 1 April. The application fee still applies.

Where a membership is taken part-way through a financial year, the remainder of that year is complimentary and the fee paid covers the following full year. Fees are set by the chapter and may change; the fee you paid is the fee recorded against your membership.

Approval

Approval is at the discretion of the Foundation's office bearers. If your application is not approved, your membership fee is refunded under the Refund & Cancellation Policy; the application fee is not.

Your membership

• Your membership number and identity card are personal to you and may not be transferred.
• Your spouse may be recorded as an Associate Member and issued a card. Associate status derives from your membership and ends when it does.
• Keep your contact details current. Some details shown on your card and in the Members' Register can be changed only with the Foundation's approval.
• Membership may be suspended or cancelled for conduct contrary to the Foundation's objects or bylaws.

The site is operated for the Foundation by EKAPASS TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. We aim to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Your use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
